Pla and Patch are the name of the bride and the groom who love Harry Potter and music. They asked me to design their wedding card similarly to Marauder's Map from Harry Potter including with their cartoon characters that presents 4 stages of their love.
Here is the development stage of this fun project;

Here is the concept behind each stages of this love's relationship
Before they've known each other, the bride is a bookworm witch who like to practice catching spell with her fluffy orange cat. Meanwhile, the groom is the musician who really like to play any kind of music instrument, Jazz and guitar is his most favorite.
Fall in love : the groom singing his favorite song, Perfect to bride in order to gain her attention.
In love : the groom is on his knees and show the bride how he loves her.
Known other well enough : the bride catch a spell to tease and warn her boyfriend when he was way too drunk.
After I finish on the character, I continue to design the card. Firstly, I need a logo of the wedding, so I came up with the idea to make it looks like Hogwarts's School arm and adding the groom and bride beloved items in it.

To make a Marauder's Map, I used the reference from Harry Potter movie and tried to mimic to core elements of it. I also have to add the character and texts in it. I really happy with the outcome of this project.
